Initial Report
A huge thanks to everyone who took part in our Spring Gathering, it was by all accounts a truly wonderful weekend. We built a worm-composting system, planted a forest garden, ate delicious potluck food, forged steel with the blacksmith's guild, partied around the bonfire, and saw presentations by 7 amazing teachers and designers. With energy, ideas, and practical knowledge from all corners of the Northeast, Permaculture is taking deep root in the Hudson Valley.
I am compiling an article about the weekend, so that everyone who couldn't make it can hear more about what happened. For those of you who did attend, please send me LOTS OF PHOTOS and some good stories so we can get them up for all to see... better yet, post them yourself on this page!
